I'm new to competitive Pokémon. I like being as annoying as possible in multiplayer battle games. Is there a team type with high hp/defense/sp. defense pokes that have moves like Toxic/Recover/Defense Up/Sp Defense Up moves that take forever to kill and rely on making the battle last as long as possible to win?
