So, I was just breeding some Torchics for Wonder Trade when I noticed that one of the hatched torchics had Speed Boost.

Does that mean that Hidden Abilities can now be passed down by males or that Speed Boost is no longer counted as a Hidden Ability?

Confirmed that males can now pass down abilities and females can pass down egg moves.

Yes, male pass down now.
And parents pokeballs also pass down.
Friend safari pokemon has 2 perfect IVs.
Friend safari has starters with Hidden abilities, including the Kalos ones.
