Earlier I made a thread and a kind anon said that he thought his moveset would be something like Dark Pulse, Substitute, Ice Beam and Surf.
Right now I've got a Timid Froakie I'm molding into a Special Sweeper, and I'm probably going to use something like that if he can indeed learn Dark Pulse and Substitute (though I'm not sure if he can).
Did anyone go the Physical Sweeper route? How's Water Shuriken? I'm lvl 26 right now only because I spent the first few hours playing messing around with the minigames.
