How is this fucker not considered OU or Uber? I just went 1-6 against a team of legendaries thanks to him, and the 1 loss was from Shaymin Zap Cannoning me, so I had to fix that.

Togekiss is pretty good, and it's perfectly viable in OU or even Ubers with the right support, but at the end of the day it's outclassed by Jirachi in every single aspect. Still a bro, though.

We'll see if its fairy type helps it to distinguish himself from other paraflinchers and make it get more usage.

Outrage is no longer viable thanks to Fairy Types cancelling it out, thus making Scarf Garchomp no longer viable.
It's only natural Garchomp has to adapt into a Dragon Dance Set.

The other option would be to kill the fairy with another pokemon then bring the scarf garchomp out. There really aren't that man fairies at that level.

Garchomp can't learn Dragon Dance.
And actually Fairy being immune to Outrage is better, because then Dragons don't get locked into it, and switch out, or use a coverage move like Poison Jab or Iron Head.

What's the benefit to using aura sphere instead of water pulse? Confusion 2/3 of the time is way better than a never-miss move.
