How the fuck do I evolve this fucker? I've heard lvl 60 in the Rain. Does it have to be natural rain or does Rainy Day suffice?

Lvl50, in ANY rain

So long as water falls from the sky, and your sligoo is at least level FIFTY while the miraculous event is occuring, you will get a goodra.

I can confirm level 55 in rain, rain occurs on route 21 most often from what I see.

It evolved at Lv 50 in the rain for me, I think the system is broken though. I leveled it in battle and it didn't evolve and then I tried a rare candy and it finally did, even though that didn't work before.

Don't bother though, it's a really shit Pokemon sadly.

Speaking of Evolving, I can't seem to evolve my Skrelp, it's level 47 and has Camouflage. I just re learned Camo a few levels ago though.
