You can punch a bag till a ev bag pops out and use that, or your pokemon will punch the bag every minute for you if you just leave it on there and collect bags for you. Use those, and honestly, the lvl 1 gives 4 I think to evs? If I remember correctly (I use 2 and 3 always). But it doesn't take long to do a lvl 1. 10-20 seconds really. Then your eventually moving up and getting 8 per game with lvl 2, then 12 with lvl 3, then if you do really fast, you get a medium - large bag to use as well.
tldr; you can get 4/8/12 x2 per game/lvl if your playing it at all decently enough. And if for some reason the lvl 1 games are to hard or long to complete, you can always eat vitamins like old days, and get a massive boost, then do the super training, and do lvl 2-3's immediately. Simple.
