I got Ampharosite while surfing near route 8 before I beat the game. I got Gengarite from a NPC somewhere around the 5th or 6th gym. Got Abomasnow's mega stone before the 7th gym IIRC

I'm pretty sure that Diantha asks you to trade any pokemon for a female ralts with gardevoirite. Takes place in the cafe you first see her in in Lumiose.
