How do I evolve Sligoo into Goodra? Serebii says Lv. 50 and in rain, but I've leveled it twice using Rain Dance and fainting the other Pokemon while rain is active. Didn't work.

Something I'm missing?

Rain Dance doesn't count. It has to be an actual permanently raining route.

well that's suffering. all the pokemon on the only perma rain route i know of are in the low 30s

OR you could grind in a high level area and then right before you level up, go to the Rain route.

just edge the exp on a normal route, then just tip it off.

Also I went to route 14, the route right before Laverre city, because I remember it having perma-rain, and naturally it isn't raining there right now. Any other routes that experience rain?
