I'm here to confirm Sylveon's evolution method for anyone unaware.

1. Using Pokemon Amie get your Eevee to full affection (Fullness and Enjoyment don't matter).

2. At level 29 Eevee will learn the Fairy move Charm (Eevee must know a Fairy move, so any will do).

3. Evolve Eevee.

Enjoy.

And full affection definitely isn't required. I evolved mine at 2 hearts.

You don't need full affection. 2 hearts of affection is enough. Then level up with a Fairy type move in its arsenal.

Doesn't need to be that high level.

I captured a level 19 Eevee with Baby Doll Eyes, maxed Amie affection and it evolved the next level.

i just got a evee with baby doll eyes earlier, so id like to know a few things.

what is slyveon stats.

and does having negative speed effect it at all? i have a negative speed and positive special atk nature. from what i heard it is a SPD wall with decent poke and hp, but shit everything else.

You don't need full affection. It took about 15 minutes of playing with it in Pokémon-Amie.

Bred an Eevee. Got 2 hearts in Pokemon-Amie. Power leveled it, evolved at around 17 where it learned Baby-Doll Eyes.

So no, I don't know why everyone is saying 'full affection' when various other people are mentioning they got it with 1-3 hearts.
And especially since most Eevees already know Baby-Doll Eyes..

But anyways. My Sylveon's speed is garbage, it doesn't seem like an amazing pokemon to be honest.
I just went for a sp def and hp on it.

Sylveon is basically a Fairy type Vaporeon. It does get a good Fairy STAB in Moonblast eventually.
