/vp/ how does one acquire a new hairstyle? also how to enter the boutique couture store? in the south pathway in luminose city? theres three stars on it

There's a hair salon somewhere in the southern part of Luminose City, in the big circle road. It's got a sign with some scissors outside (I think)

Nobody quite knows how to get into the Boutique. It's something to do with exploring Luminose and doing some of the sidequests, but we don't know exactly what.
They won't let me in and I've done loads...

You have to visit every cafe in the city. You need to unlock the entire city by going to the power plant.

Visit every single cafe. Use the taxi to not get lost and keep track easier.
