my set for lucario is: CC PowerupPunch, extremespeed and shadowclaw, using a jolly nature and megastoning it...literay ass-raping anything, this is one of the dumbest mooves they could invent on something like lucario, first punch from megalucario is 80 power, second punch is 120 (same as cc) and still increases the atk rate, cc is there only to kill extra resistant mons and after 1 or 2 ppp it destroy literaly anything non-ghost, shadow claw hits psych and ghost for SE and also have high crit rate...swords dance can be taunted.
