Yo, /vp/. Trying to find this kawaii-ass motherfucker right here.

I get that he's in either Victory Road or Terminus Cave. I also get that it's by drop-down only.
Problem is, I've spent literally upwards of 4 hours searching for him... OBVIOUSLY i'm doing something wrong.

Is there a way to force drop downs? Is there any special trick? Or maybe am I possibly doing something that eliminates/reduces the possibility of them occurring?

Any help at all would be appreciated.
