Turn the 3D off. One of the reasons why Pokemon X and Y was released along the 2DS.

Are you playing with 3D on OP? I've only got framerate issues in 2 instances and they were barely noticeable.

It's "cinematic".

Yeah it's shitty but it's not game breaking considering it only happens once every few battles.

I don't use 3D, almost anytime the game splits the screen and focuses on the pokemon models, the framerate drops.

Gen 5 had low frame-rates during the battles as well.

Seems like Nintendo can no longer make a console suitable enough for what Game Freak wants to do with Pokemon.

If they don't buckle up their ideas soon, GF will go third party.

Lel, these drops happen during turn-based battles that don't really look all that great as-is, and this is a game currently in development for the 3DS.

The people at Gamefreak are just really bad at their jobs.

Tell them to have fun being successful without pokemon since you know nintendo owns that shit.

Also it's apparent the game isn't as optimize as it could be which is indeed nintendos fault for rushing them.
