So my Snorlax learned chip away at level 16, according to psypokes he shouldn't have learned it till late 20s. He also didn't learn belly drum or any of the shit he should have according to what it was in BW.

So some learn lists got majorly changed. Anyone else notice pokes with greatly changed times at which they learn moves?
