I have not used a reset bag on it yet, but through super training I can see its pretty evenly spread among all stats, but a lot less defense EV's. The others should be getting about the same boost.
Its a special attacker no doubt. I cant think of any physical attacks it has to use poison touch with except maybe Dragon Tail. It does have poison tail as well but the rest of its moves are special.
