It's easy with a charge shot type mon

First off, you don't have to use full charges on multiple goals. Fire one fully charged one, and then fire regular shots at the rest.

Second, have some "pauses" between shots. The circle indicator indicates the strength of the shot (barring the charged shot). You can pretty much deal 2k in a single goal.
