Does anyone know how to evolve this guy? Mine's at level 52 and i use rain dance before it levels but it still hasn't evolved.

Has to be natural rain, I guess. Can't use Rain Dance.

It has to be raining in the overworld. I think the place near the Spooky House or whatever had it raining.

go around the region and cross your fingers that it's raining in overworld somewhere, then level it up

I thought it had to be at least level 55 to evolve in rain. Pretty sure that's what I saw on Serebii

Wrong. It's not 55. Mine evolved at 52 in rain. It has to be above 50, not 55.
