So what's a good moveset for this guy?

Can he get Stone Edge? I don't think he learns it by level up, but is there a TM around somewhere?

I was thinking Earthquake, Crunch and Dragon Claw for his other three, provided Stone Edge is an option. Can he get anything better? Maybe Outrage via breeding or something?

I lucked out and got a Jolly one which the IV rating guy said was "outstanding", so I figured I might as well make use of it.
