There's an application on the iOS App Store called PokeBuilder.
It has 3,960 ratings and four and a half stars. It claims it can let you pick a Pokemon that you want, change it's gender, shiny, IVs, EVs, nature, etc. and have it sent to your game. It even claims that it works with X and Y.
Does anyone know how this would work? I would assume that the DS and 3DS aren't compatible with an iPhone, but that's a lot of good reviews.
