3DS or 3DS XL?

I sold my old DS in '09 and I've mostly been playing console games since then. But now I want to get back into DS gaming, mainly to play Pokemon.

I'm still debating on whether I should the regular 3DS ($110 refurbished) or the XL ($170 refurb). Do you guys think the extra $60 is worth it?

I'm asking here if it's alright because I hate dealing with /v/.

3DS XL is just a bigger 3DS but it actually has a better outer shell and increased battery life.

The bigger screen is endlessly better for me. Plus, I like how it fits better in my hands. Also, rounded edges on the DS instead of pointy corners.

3DS is definitely more comfortable, I've used my friends a bit and it feels better to play.

The only downside is that although the screen is bigger it just stretches the image it doesn't actually have a higher resolution so the picture isn't as sharp, but that's literally the only downside. If that will bother you, get the 3DS.

Unless you have really small hands, I'd go with the XL. The regular is too small, it gave me hand cramps and was just generally very uncomfortabl.

Get the normal one if you hate your hands and want them to be sore and in pain for holding the 3ds longer than 5 minutes at a time. Get the xl if you want something you can actually comfortably hold.

Normal one was designed for kids hands. Adults need the xl.

Eh, I guess I'm leaning towards the XL. It's more expensive, but there really isn't anything else I plan on buying soon. I'm sure it would be a better investment in the long run.
