Guys.

I want my Bulbasaur (Venusaur) to be good strait through X and Y to battling bros engame.

What nature and EV bullshit does he need?

I have a fairly decent way of soft resetting before the new professor guy so I can quickly go through shitty natures.

Pic related, Ivysaur is my favorite pokemon in Gen 1.
