Apparently hordes have a higher rate for shinies, or so it seems.

Personally trying to MM a Honedge. Three boxes in and so far nothing but junk. At least I know I'll end up with a good nature.

How many shinies have you caught? 10, 100?

Catching one shiny does not mean they are more abundant. With a million plus people playing you're bound to see heaps of people showing off.
