So I caught a female eevee two days ago and maxed it out in amie. Then when I wondered why it hadn't evolved into sylveon I read it has to know a fairy move. This was after I didn't let it learn charm.

I am so fucking annoyed. Will Eevee ever try to learn another fairy move? I tried to use a fairy TM 99 Dazzling Gleam and eevee is unable. So basically I have to catch another and raise it up when I put so much effort into this eevee.

Tldr does Eevee ever naturally learn a fairy move besides charm??
