Best generic trainer waifus are the pokemon breeders and the swimmers this gen. The only gym leader or e4 member who is potential waifu material is the first gym leader imo. Even then, she falls short of the legendary Skyla, the adorable Jasmine, the traditional Misty, and even the tsundere Elesa.
Serena, while high tier waifu material, is still a tier beneath Hilda and especially Rosa, who were both Waifu PC of the Year All Years material.
