Okay, I've posted in SEVERAL threads and have been ignored frequently. I'm trying to find Rotom in the Lost Hotel. I tried checking the shaking garbage cans for an hour, but NONE OF THEM were shaking. Then I tried just checking them even though they were stationary. STILL NOTHING. I'm at wits end. What am I doing wrong?
