Trying to train a Pumkaboo but I have no idea what it's moves are. Just realized that after doing a few super training sessions. So anyone know the move list for it or at least what some good moves are for it?

Showdown lists his stats at 72/92//123/58/83/88

Assuming these are true, roughly, I'd go for the biggest one possible [more HP for speed I believe?] and go for something like 252 HP 252 Def 4 ATK
With Shadow Sneak, Will-o-Wisp, Leech Seed and some other decent filler [Seed Bomb, Toxic, Protect...]

Has to be Impish if you're maxing Def.

If we're talking low-tier battles and you can't be bothered then Adamant is fine as well

Why? It has 123 def and 83 Sp.Def...
It's better for it to max out the stat it's naturally proficient at, rather than being some jack of all trades.

It doesn't have many resists so it can't really afford to just be a bulky all around, it should be centered around being a defensive wall and crippling physical guys.
