Just noticed funny thing: I have learned Mystical Fire (or whatever it's called) about 50 levels ago on my Fennekin line, and now that it evolved to lvl 75, it wanted to learn it again, long time after it learned Flamethrower.

Bug? Same moves being that spread apart on different evos?

Does anyone know what happens if you defeat Yveltal / Xerneas instead of capture them? Do they just disappear?

Lysandre talks about still needing the legendaries after you capture them. You must get a different cutscene if you never catch them.

It's been my habit since Gen I to hold down B and down whenever a pokeball stops moving. But two times now when I've done it, the ball only shook once and then succeed. Has this happened to anyone else?

Postgame spoilers:

I just finished that looker arc. A little battle heavy, but overall I liked it. Finished off dick doctor's story pretty nicely, and I got to see hotpants mcgee again. Even got to sit next to her on the couch and chill out, feels good. I hope emma doesn't stay in that suit for the rest of eternity though, I'd like to see her normal model during the day at least.

Phantump and pumpkaboo are trades evos, and like most trade evos they keep learning moves after evo.
Stone evos dont learn moves after evos except in some cases. I evolved my helioptile around 40 and even that seemed a bit late. Thunderbolt/surf/charge/T-Wave are what i use. it doesnt have a large special move pool unfortunately

I knew about the stone evos, hence why I redirected Helioptile. Didn't know Phantump evolved through trade though.

I heard yesterday that Helioptile could learn Earth Power through breeding, any confirmation on this?

Also, get a Energy Ball/Grass Knot on your Heliolisk instead of charge.

Ah yeah, i just picked up energy ball so i didnt check if it could learn it. Havent bred it for earth power yet but thatd be a good idea.
Heliolisk has thunder as heart scale move but thats null with thunder tm.
It does learn electrify around 35-40 so if you want to heart scale, maybe wait until then

Otherwise you want to go down a floor from that guy, Southwest exit in that cavern then to the north of that one. You're in Terminus Cave and it's not the way to next city.
