Maybe use Icy Wind for when the opponent tries to switch into Garchomp for to take advantage of no levitate?

Honestly, I am thinking about running a Gengar and another Pokemon that can go Mega on the same team so I can bluff the Gengar going Mega in order force switches and rack up SR/Spikes.

Well, Mega Alakazam is faster/stronger but still gets walled out by Steel types.
