Unburden isn't really a factor. As soon as you switch out the speed bonus is gone. And you can't really make use of it in game either because flying gems don't come back after each battle.

I think he's implying that it's 75 base speed doubled thanks to unburden. He's not considering the fact that unburden isn't particularly useful and won't be present for more than a single turn at best.

Useful resistances to Fighting, Bug, Dark, Grass and an immunity to Ground.

One of the only Flying-types who is neutral to Stealth Rock.

There needs to be a PWL (Pokemon Wrestling League). Gamefreak needs to get that into a game somehow. Only Fighting-types are allowed.

Hi Jump Kick?

Well, it only has a 10% chance of missing. Teach Hawlucha Hone Claws if you hate that. It raises both his attack stat and the accuracy of his moves. After a Hone Claws, I doubt Hi Jump Kick will ever miss.
