Yes they do, same as usual.
Notable changes in breeding so far:
>females pass on egg moves now
>males pass on hidden abilities now
>Friend Safari Pokémon all have at least 2 max IVs, makes it piss easy to get good IVd stuff going early

Pic related, 4 perfect IVs, only took like 2 hours.

It's pretty convenient to say the least.
Seriously, breeding for good IVs is so much easier this gen, it's ridiculous. It's like GameFreak actually tries to encourage people to properly breed.
