I'm yet to play past 4th gen but my nature synchronize farming is done with Natu at the ruins of alph. 90% encounter rate, works well.

Side note, I did notice there was an item that can switch abilities in the post game, it sells for 200 BP in Battle Mansion city

Uh me, I do. Spent around 6 hours farming for an Adamant Male Pawniard. I finally got him this morning though. Bisharp is my favorite Pokemon so I made an exception for him, I don't normally do this shit.
