To get to the back area, you have to know all 4 tricks which you can get by talking to skaters in Luminose. Once you do that, you can go in the back and there's I think...2 items? Ones a held item an one is a TM but you have to rock smash a wall to get to it.

The Boss teaches you some other trick as well.

There's a trash can next to him, so then there's 3 total spots for I guess Rotom and Trubbish to appear. I've only seen it shake once, when I first went in there. Since then, I haven't seen anything shake or any other kind of "Shaking spots" so I dunno what the fuck serebii is talking about. I was thinking about sending him an email to see if he'd clarify it.

Rotom is my bro and I really fucking want him on my team. Now is the perfect time because the levels aren't too far away and I don't want to go any farther or else it'd be a pain in the ass trying to level rotom up to the rest of my team.

There's a Rotom there. I caught one (It was in Fan forme).
I don't know how exactly I got it though. It was in a bin (the one right by the entrance), but my friend hasn't been able to get one yet.
I'm not at home atm, but I'm gonna breed some later since people have been having issues.

Ya, that's where its supposed to be, but my problem is that the first time I went there, the can shook. after that, they've never shook again so I dunno if I lost my chance, or what exactly.
