I just want to confirm that EV reducing berries ARE in the game. Also, how easy are they to get?

I want to just level normally for the story then EV train my starter afterwards. Is that doable?

There is a super training bag that completely resets EV's. It's kind of random to get but not that rare.

You do it through super training. Its a white punching bag called a reset bag that removes ALL ev's.
