Anly difference is a couple of quotes are changed because they wouldn't make sense if you are a girl.
I.E: "I've never watched Fireworks with a boy before" was changed to something along the lines of "I'll remember this occasion because I spent it with you". Don't quote me on that word for word, I'm going by memory of the screencap.
It's still subtle enough for yuri fans to write fanfiction about, but
