So the end of Pokemon Y is in sight and I'm looking to start EV training. I haven't done it since Pearl so I'm pretty out of the loop. Can anyone direct me to a place where I can read about how to do it in Pokemon Y? I've been hearing things about bags but have no idea how they work.
