One thing is for sure, its ATK will be maxed out because it has a decent ATK stat going on.
However, many people have given me different approaches when it comes Chesnaught:
A) Since it already has an approx. base DEF of 130, I should max out the SP DEF of him, so that it would make him wall most attacks.
B) I could max out its HP instead. However, I fail to see the importance on that. It approx. has a base HP of 90. Then again, I'm still new to EV-Training (for my Gen 1-5 mons, I just used the Smogon and
Serebii.net examples, but since there's no solid set-up for Ches and Aegis yet...).
