Has pretty nice bulk in a sandstorm.

I believe it has access to Stealth Rock / Rapid Spin / Light Screen / Reflect, among other support moves

It is neutral to fighting due to fairy typing. Neutral to fire.

x4 weak to steel (lol)

It has Higher HP than Shuckle which instantly makes it more usable. I personally like it more than Shuckle. My set is:

>Toxic
>Moonblast
>Stealth Rocks
With a Rocky Helmet.

Does it learn any recovery moves?

I actually really like it. It's a the closes representation of the original carbuncle in lore in a video game yet, and makes a pretty decent wall too. I think a lot of the hate it gets is unjustified.
