Underleveled team members

Anyone else stuck training underleveled team members? Come on in here and vent your frustration.

Training my Flaffy right now because after 6 badges I realized I need an electric type.

Come to think of it, I haven't caught a Honedge yet even though I intended to, so I need to do that as well. Another underleveled party member right there.

Got a level 1 noibat off here. Gonna have some fun bringing that up to speed. Also intend to catch a trapinch and mareep at some point which will definitely be underleveled. Not sure when I get those, think it was Route 12.

This is where I wished Exp. Share acted the way it usually did. Now instead of putting all work into one pokemon, it spreads it all around.
Makes the game easy where it shouldn't be and makes the game hard where it shouldn't be. In hindsight I really wish they didn't change it. I actually found myself longing for grinding for a gym I was stuck on...

Just have 2 Pokemon in your party, the one you wanted to train, and the one you're training with.

Other than that, yeah I wish it worked the way it used to.

I'm 25 hours in and still don't have the second badge.

My autism won't allow me to have under level boxed .pokemon

10 by the E4 but I usually get by just fine.
