I like the designs of a lot of happymons--Leavanny, Crobat, Chansey, Snorlax (which is thankfully a bit redundant with how common they are, allowing me to ignore Munchlaxes), Espeon, Togekiss--but I've never actually evolved one.
Are they worth the happiness grind, and, if so, what's the best way to bring up their happiness ASAP? I figured I would finally give it a whirl this generation, but it's always tempting to drop a Zubat for a Gyarados.
