i caught yveltal in one regular ball, after my sylveon knocked it straight to the red HP. Literally two turns.
Aside from critical catch on landorus, and master balls, its the fastest i've ever caught a legend.
A lot of /vp/ seem to be doing this, it's just like the shinies. Found my first since LG the other day (litwick), it's possible catch and shiny rates have been lowered

It took me quite a few balls, though. It's not guaranteed. I estimate they're like Reshiram and Zekrom, 45 catch rate.

I only used it because I didn't save since forever and wasn't expect to have to fight it before I got a chance.

Needless to say it got a Geomancy off and started to run my Fairy weak team.

Yveltal battle is a black background with things zooming by. it reminds me of a nebula.

I must suffer from horrible luck, so I caught it with the master ball. Then I came here later and see people saying they caught it with a ultra ball and even a pokeball without doing shit to it. I realized they where right about the legendaries being easy as shit to catch after I went I caught Zygarde and Mewtwo earlier within an ultra ball or two. I'm probably a complete idiot for using my master ball, and now that I know you can't kill it when I start X I wont be such a dumbass.
