Drasna, the Dragon E4 member in Kalos is from Sinnoh.
When I re-fought her she said something about coming from a town filled with history and that she became a dragon trainer because of stories she heard about legendary Pokemon of Time and Space.

Drasna is the best "Dragon Tamer" character in the games, Drasna is the best Older (than 25) Female character.
I am not saying her being from Sinnoh makes her better I am just happy to know more about her.

Lance is Ok but nowhere as hype as an Elder Shaman in tune with the spirits of the Dragons
Drake is a Pirate that takes it in the ass.
Drayden gives Drake mustache rides.
Iris is Ok but they ruined her by making her the Champion, they even could've given her the new costume but she should've stayed as a Gym Leader.

I like that Iris became the Champ, though I liked Alder much more.

It was kinda cool that a Gym Leader became the champ. She was supposed to be a prodigy or whatever.

She is a shit dragon user and a useless character. I know they don't reveal much of the E4 during the main game but damn if it just felt like she and the rest of the E4 was just placed there they didn't do shit
