Here is a list I compiled of every Pokemon that has not been found in X or Y. Every other Pokemon has been Serebii confirmed in either the Friend Safari or the Kalos Regional Dex.
An exception is the fossil Pokemon. They are all confirmed to be obtainable in the postgame.
If anyone knows how to get one of the listed Pokemon in X or Y without trading then let me know and I will update the list.
