lets say you have a riolu. do the attack regimen lv 1 thats 4 EVs. you do well you get awarded an attack bag L. select the bag and hit it 20 times and youre given 12 EVs in attack (thats core training) the more EVs you have the harder you hit the easier the regimens get the more prizes you win

the game caps you at 252 you cant go over and it tells you

Abomasnow has the niche of resisting water, grass and electric while being neutral to ice. making it awesome at countering rain mons.
Abomasnow can also ohko Politoed, Tyranitar and Hippowdon.
