I guess you say normal as an attacking type is a drawback.

Why the fuck did they nerf fire blast and its counterparts while making this? It's literally draco meteor without the severe SPA drop. What?

Is it a sound attribute move and thus, fucked by abilities that block it?

But yeah it would be useful on pokemon with Pixelate or Refrigerate but beyond that there's jack shit.

Yeah, I'm sure soundproof is a real burden.

In other news, ground is completely unsuable as an offensive type. Electric is also garbage. Can't use fire with all those flash fires running around. Dragon? There's an entire type immune! Fighting is also shit.

if I recall, they're all Special oriented and there's barely any special normal moves, Boomburst being the best option of course, but they obviously don't get it.

What moves they would get in that type in the first place are better anyways. Sylveon gets Moonblast, Amaurus gets Ice beam. Refrigerate and Pixelate are useless.

Yeah, there's a status effect equivalent to this called Crafty Shield.

So you have Mat Block for attack protect-all, Crafty shield for status protect-all and Wide Guard for multi-target protect-all
