This is false. None of the pokemon I've caught from the Safari were rebalanced. Not even Sableye and it's complete shit.

I'd still like if we had a mode that was like random matchups on showdown. Shitmons and/or NFE's are on 9x levels, uber are on 70, and everything in between is, well, in between. Almost everything you get is more or less usable.
