I mostly just hate Charizard Y/X. They outspeed my megagardevoir if they are properly trained and I hate them so much.
Anyway, thanks for the tips, although that luvdisc part seems a bit iffy. I'd rather like, use a Drizzle pokemon or something..

Drizzle is probably your best bet then, but at that point you're best off making a rain team as a whole instead of what you're attempting to do.

Swapping out will most likely revert it to original forme.
