Masuda Method.
Does the Ditto HAVE to be Japanese or can it be a ditto from any other Region besides mine?

Cool. So Masuda Method+ Flame Body and i'm pretty much set?

No, that's fine.

Only other way to increase odds is in Black2/White2. If you have the Shiny Charm Key Item, you have a higher chance of hatching/finding a shiny.

Assuming you're not playing B2/W2, you're good to go.
