dark pulse alone will be magnificent in beating spinblockers.

also, mega launcher boosts aurora beam, which becomes a 100 BST ice attack.

you get rapid spin + 3 extremely hard hitting moves of any coverage you want. And you can build him max HP + max SPA and he has amazing bulk

even slower than blastoise, loses a lot of bulk, no access to rapid spin.

i think youre underestimating how necessary rapid spin is going to be, and blastoise is now objectively the best user

Tentacruel is best spinner.

It's bulkier, has better resists, absorbs toxic spikes and is immune to Sticky Web thanks to Clear Body, Poison becomes better with Fairy, can use Black Sludge, bulkier on the special side and can also set up hazards

does blastoies even learn any pulse moves aside from water pulse
