Anyone had any ideas on how to EV train this swag little fucker?

Max Atk EVs seems obvious, but his HP seems high, while everything else is sort of middle-of-the-road.

Is straight-up HP and Atk a good approach? Or should I go half-and-half on HP and something else? Or maybe pure Atk and Spd?
