Can we talk about the pokemon type ICE?
We all know it's still a nice type for moves.

But this is about pokemon that are ice.
Why does GameFreak hate them so? It's hard to think of a type that would be worse off right now. Look at the type chart of x/y and tell me ice isn't screwed.

I wish I could talk to GF and ask them what the deal with them hating it is. If I were to make a suggestion, I'd say give ice at least a second strength against something. Make it take only half damage from one more type for starters.
